Biography & Research Interests
Josephine's academic fields of interest are European law, environmental law, regulation in multilevel governance systems and more generally, issues on the border between law, economics and regulation. Her Ph.D. research combines these interests and focus on the regulation of environmental problems by market-based regulatory instruments, especially by the European Community. Josephine spent the academic year of 2010-2011 at New York University Law School as a Hauser Global Research Fellow.
