Research
At present, I conduct postdoctoral research within the project 'Measuring Well-Being: Attitudes, Comparability and Justification' funded by the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO).
My main research interests are in moral and political theory, and include (next to well-being) the topics of autonomy, individual dignity and standing, freedom, and coercion. I am especially interested in Kantian and Republican approaches to these topics.
